The selected print advertisement by Mattel's Pictionary carries the tagline Quick Draw Wins, where it shows a drawing on a piece of paper with two wrestlers fighting among each other.
The only difference in this advertisement is that one wrestler is drawn very detailed and the other was just a simple sketch but yet the simple sketch wins. This is because Pictionary is a classic word-guessing board game that challenges people to draw up words as clues for their opponent as fast as possible but the problem is, not many people know that you don’t need to be an artist to play the game. (Simpson, G)
Therefore, the advertisement is trying to emphasise that in the game of Pictionary, quick thinking rather than drawing like a pro determines victory. The advertisement depicts the Pictionary in a humorous way with their aim of the product portrayed perfectly
Conclusion:
In my opinion, with the headline "Quick Draw Wins", it is concise. The essence of the game is captured in the ads, and they would make the viewers want to pick up a pen and start sketching.
